So far this product has worked well for me. He cooks great. A problem. I had a cover on the product to keep it warm. Don't cover it completely or it will absorb moisture and ruin everything. If you have the same problem as me, the touch screen doesn't work and the machine runs by itself, don't let it get wet from cooking. I had a foil cover and that's when I noticed that it got into my device by releasing moisture and screwed it up. Now that I've removed the coverbeats, everything works beautifully. Great product for the price
