Review on 💾 Enhance Storage Capacity with BASEQI Aluminum MicroSD Adapter for Microsoft Surface Book Series (Model-350A) by Eric Hall

This device fits in the SD card slot of my Surface Book. However, it remains unconnected after pasting. At random and frequent intervals the SD card will show as disabled for about 5 seconds and then reappear. This happens regardless of whether I'm actively using the laptop. I hear the sound of Windows shutting down from another room when I move away from my laptop for a while. I've found that it turns off especially when I'm writing or installing things on large files like movies. Since it turns off when watching movies and running programs, this device is useless for these purposes. It is best used as a portable media device, which it is not suited for due to the negligible difficulty of physical removal. Very disappointed with it. If I can't find a reliable replacement, I'm also very disappointed in my Surface Book purchase.
