This thing works way better than other wireless scanners I have at work. In the near future I will update everyone else to these. The only other thing I had to do besides "plug and play" was adjust the scanner's sleep time. I think it fell asleep after 10 seconds. The guide provided had everything I needed to adjust my hibernation to a more appropriate time. In my work environment we use scanners a lot during the day and the wake up call from them is quite annoying so it's nice to be able to set it up so easily. A very durable product that has survived a few short (3ft) falls. Still works great. Definitely recommend, as I said, I'll update everyone else to this one soon.
