Review on 🔌 Metra 70-7863 Amplifier Retention Wire Harness | Compatible with 2003-2011 Honda Element by Oliver Phelps

This kit has almost everything you need to fit an aftermarket unit to an item with a factory audio amplifier, but leaves a lot to be desired. The following is missing: 1. Antenna adapter (sold separately)2. Guide so you know which RCA connector goes with which speaker (available on manufacturer's website) 3. SWC and XM Cables/Harnesses The kit includes a speaker wire harness and other essential wires (power, ground, etc.) , a subwoofer adapter (an RCA connector) and an additional jack adapter (an RCA connector). Please note that there is an error in the online instructions: the subwoofer plug is white, but the instructions say it is red. If your color is different from mine you can tell which it is as it is the only RCA connector. For RCA style AUX inputs you will need a 1/8" RCA male (stereo) adapter to connect the factory AUX jack. I recommend the wired style for flexibility, or just get a hard jack and a headphone extension cable.
