I like that it is easy to use for our team members who are not technical at all! It really helps us keep track of what each other have been doing so we can stay organized as well as make sure everyone knows when they need help or assistance from another member within their department/team etc. We also love how customizable this tool makes things such as creating new groups which allows specific roles into certain areas (such as HR) but yet still able to be accessed through any employee without being restricted only if you're partaking inside your assigned role group. Nothing much right now because everything seems great overall however sometimes there's an issue where one user may get logged out even though its working fine otherwise. Having multiple people using different devices has made keeping up easier than ever before since once someone logs off then no more issues arise until next person comes online again. Keeping employees updated about projects going forward & making them feel safe knowing others know whats happening around here while allowing access.
