For women I prefer blue
I find them much easier to use than blue. It dries out and turns into a harder plastic like a white sheet that doesn't stretch as much. I find it less painful and requires less skin cleansing. The only downside is that it tends to form a long elastic thread when the applicator is removed, more than blue. They're not very sticky, so that's not a problem for me. The rose scent is very pleasant.
