I'm glad I bought it. I almost cried when my 10+ year old vacuum wouldn't turn on. I'm always broke so I figured I'd never have a Dyson again and that's all I want forever. I installed it myself in minutes. I can't believe how easy it was. Google your vacuum's model number and replace the power switch. All you have to do is remove the hose, loosen the screws in the handle where the hose was whole. Insert small clips on the sides. It will show up. Turn off the old switch. Connect a new one. Put the parts back together. Keep your mouth shut. TA Dah!
