The leg is soft like a child's velvet.

I had hard blisters on my feet after walking barefoot for hours on hot pavement (for work). After a long foot bath with essential oils and boiling water, I went to those suction cups with this file like I was buttering pasta in the olive garden (my other job). After 5-15 minutes my breasts were smooth as river rocks and the file was no less worn out. A+
