I love this coat. I don't feel any wind when I wear it. I bike every day in the Boston winter and it's great. I'm 5'9" and have long arms and it fits me just right so I think the arms might be too long for most people. The coat is a little long so it's light when you're getting on and off gets snagged on my bike seat. , but unzipping the bottom third solves the problem! The hood is huge (suitable for thick hair) but can also be adjusted to get it out of the face a bit if you want to know where to go You go. There are pockets. on a skin-friendly fleece lining. I was considering buying a down version of this jacket, but the synthetic filling is warm enough. In fact, sometimes I get too hot with just a layer underneath, so I think the Down would be overkill except on the coldest days.
