Periodically, all (wired and wireless) devices stop resolving addresses, although there is a ping up to conditional 8.8.8.8. After rebooting the router, work is restored. For some reason, the regular way to send video via DLNA ("transfer to device" -> TV) stopped working on Windows. But with the "Home Media Server" it works, although sometimes it falls off. There were no such problems on cheap D-Link, the configuration did not change - it is obvious that the problem is in the router. The firmware is the latest, the reset did. In general, I do not recommend - it's better to overpay for asus or dlink. I will change the router if necessary.
