To be honest, I really liked the chain at first. It came out a little stained, but I was fine with that. Broke after 2 weeks. The back part broke and dumped its ashes on me. So not only was I devastated by the loss of my cat, I was also traumatized to be covered in his ashes. I paid to get a more expensive necklace so nothing like this would happen. Strongly disappointed in him. So now some parts of his remains stuck in the necklace are thrown away once they are returned to the company. I'm sure they do. So unless you want an unexpected last chance to cuddle, I don't recommend it.
