Works best as per security article

Not really difficult to install - just a little bumpy when you take apart a running system. I installed this and an additional water sensor in my basement septic tank. It gives our entire family an early warning via SMS. The email seems to be delayed, but the text arrives immediately. Hope this keeps working!
