I feel I should have read the details on this product. Looks like I bought a refill kit or something. No tray and no blue light that other reviewers describe. The instructions in the packaging describe the use of these items. This confused me as the items were not included. This item comes with a total of 4 syringes and a small brush which I believe is used to apply the gel directly to the teeth. However, I tried to make do with what I had. I put gel on my teeth. I tried to keep my lips parted for 10-15 minutes to avoid swallowing the gel. Then she rinsed her mouth out. No pain in gums and teeth. The taste isn't that bad. But for my smoke-stained teeth, I saw no difference. I think I will have to buy the accessories that come with it. My only real issue is that the short description at the top of the page doesn't tell me to buy any accessories. It would be great to buy them all at once.
