I have a problem with one of the three LED strips. I tried to contact Thermaltake customer service twice and gave them three weeks to respond. I haven't received an email yet. The only thing I can think of as to why they haven't responded is that I don't have a serial number. I told them in a support email that I no longer have the box, but I have a receipt. I didn't realize the serial number was more important than the receipt. According to ThermalTake it is, and don't throw away the box without writing down the serial number or Thermaltake won't help you. It was good while working for 5-7 months before failing. My one bar is connected last, only the first two LEDs work, the rest of the LEDs don't sync or sometimes don't work at all.
