In theory this seems like a great product, but in practice it's not quite so. The way the kebab base works is that it unfolds (it has loops and folds in half) and you open it up and place the skewers over it, but when you pick it up you have to be careful or the loops will try to buckle to bend . and your kebabs will fall down. It's also hard to get off a hot grill after you've used it. I think it's easier to just buy doner kebab skewers and put them straight on the grill, it didn't help with anything we thought. Trying to turn the skewers by their little tips is also tricky. Overall not a good product
