The Garmin Nuvi stand fits my Garmin perfectly but is sold separately from the dash mount I bought. The smooth dash ball hook is also very difficult to insert into the bracket. It attaches to the tripod socket, which is a piece of plastic that sticks out from the left side of the image. I attached it by placing a folded washcloth where the Garmin would snap and applying extreme force directly to the center, preventing the clips on the sides from snapping off. The good news is the cradle stays on the hook perfectly, but the bad news is I can't unhook the cradle when I want to.
