So far I've used three different drawing tablets. Wacom Intuos Draw [small], VEIKK A30 and VEIKK A15. I've found that these three have different pros and cons, so today I'm going to talk about the VEIKK A15. I was pleasantly surprised by the delivery speed of the A15 tablet! I actually received it overnight which was great because it meant I had to start using it right away! The packaging of the A15 is very stylish and modern and judging by the inside the tablet was well protected. In addition to the tablet itself, the A15 comes with: a drawing glove, extra pen tips, a pen puller, a cable to connect your tablet to your computer, a stylus, a pen case and instructions! Installing the driver was very easy, I just had to go to the website and download the driver. Now on tablets. The tray itself is a good size for those who prefer a larger tray to work with. The texture of the workspace on the tablet was pleasing, especially for an artist looking to transition from traditional work to digital work. I liked how the tablet works and the only negative comment I have is the noise the stylus makes when I draw on the tablet for the first few hours. It was a little tiring, but I'm just sensitive to noise. Once the pen was used a little, the noise went away. Otherwise, the tablet is easy to use. I really like the pen pressure on VEIKK tablets because it feels soft and light, which is what I've hoped to achieve since becoming a digital artist. Overall I think this tablet is a good tablet for beginners! It is easy to install, and the pen's sensitive pressure is a bit like paper, which makes drawing easier. It's also quite affordable given its size, which is why I recommend it to any artist looking for an off-screen reading tablet!
