The most important feature for me was being able to quickly create forms from template that are easy editable and can be used by many different people throughout my organization with ease.

It also had so much more functionality than I thought it would have including creating custom fields (for example if you want your employees to enter their cell phone number or address). There were some times where the product became slow when there were large amounts of data inputted into the system but this could be addressed as they do offer support through other avenues such as emailing them directly. This program helped our team at work streamline paperwork processes which makes everyone's job easier.
