So my daughter-in-law's sister broke her straightener and phoned me to complain about her crazy teenage twin sisters. To surprise her I went to Sally's to find an iron but I couldn't find one that cost over £400 for a good price. I stumbled upon this after reading the reviews and for the price you can't beat it. And of course I had to try it myself :) it heats up pretty quickly, it's very easy to work with and it doesn't pull your hair like other cheap straighteners. It really works after 1-2 puffs, my hair is straight but now we have to see how it works on her thick crazy hair. Must update once she uses it on her hair as it will be the ultimate test and if not I will keep it :) And I love the cap that comes with her, I've never seen one like it :)
