I can't believe how good this iron is. This is truly a single pass iron. This is pro level and less than $40. I paid over $100 for an iron and it wasn't as good as this one. The iron has an ergonomic design with a large and easy-to-read temperature setting window.

I was hoping this would be the hair straightener of my dreams but it isn't. Maybe it's because of my hair texture as I have very thick hair with waves. It took me multiple passes for each strand of hair, but it still wasn't as smooth as I would have liked. Unfortunately I will be sending it back.

Straightens and curls better than my $129 BaByliss. I really like that I can regulate the temperature and my BaByliss shows it in degrees instead of numbers (25). I also liked the protective cap that can be placed on the hot ends after disconnecting. Good security feature. I will say my BaByliss will last 12 years so if this AmoVee lasts that long it will be a winner. The durability is still unclear, but even if it lasted 5 years for the price, it was worth it!

It heats up VERY quickly and is a pretty good standard flat iron. The only thing I don't like is that even though it's rose gold (nice color), if you have even a little oil on your hair (e.g. unwashed hair on day 2), there are noticeable oily streaks on the plates leaves. I don't usually take the time to write reviews but I want to say this product is worth every penny. The design is perfect for my hair from chin to shoulders. Curl and straighten almost effortlessly. The curved design at the end makes it so easy to maneuver. My hair never gets stuck or tangled in it. I bought it after some research - and the research was right! This product is amazing and very fair price!

Love the temperature control; like the rotating cord; I love that the titanium plates let my hair slide without tension. But I think what I like best about this iron is that it can straighten as well as curl. Really good buy - just hope it lasts.
