Arrived without all fasteners and metal plates for assembly. I bought it as an item in an open box and foolishly believed that they made sure all the stuff was inside first. I had to contact the manufacturer to send me the missing hardware. Once it's built I'll update if I change my mind about anything. This is an all wood chair and as such I assume it will be strong and durable once it does. Nice wood finish. The legs are all white. I used my utility knife to open things since it was too wrapped in packaging material and accidentally scraped off some paint with my utility knife. He's in the area that's going to be down and not easy to see, so I'll just go with him.
