Like some of the other reviewers I was annoyed at having to pull all those foam pieces out. However, I realized that the AA and AAA foam pieces make perfect ear plugs for hearing protection while shooting. So, there is that plus. The material of the outer shell is 'tacky', almost sticky. It got filthy right away while I was pulling those annoying ear plugs out at my workbench. The Dangerous defect is the metal zipper pulls on the 2 mesh compartments. When the bag is closed they can line up to short out the 9V batteries. That could generate enough heat to create a serious problem! I solved by putting the 9Vs in upside down. Overall, layout not well thought out. No room for chargers or for the different size batteries used in laser sights and scopes.
