I have a small dog. 17 pound Miniature Australian Shepherd. She is energetic, excited, and drags other dogs, people, squirrels, and moving trucks around her. Yes, she should be at the farm, but she isn't. We tried training, treats, syringe bottles but nothing worked until we tried the spiked collar. This is the second one I've bought. Advice. We put a collar on and off her and put it behind another collar as we walked. When you loosen the collar to remove it, the links will bend, causing the metal pins to slip off during use. This collar is also good because the links are smaller and not as heavy as the collars for large dogs.
