Fast shipping and cheaper than buying direct from Dyson (although it's still direct from Dyson). Since it's direct from Dyson, there's no need to worry about buying it. Assuming it fits your product (I have a DC50 tier) it will fit or they will get it right. I've been using it for about 6 months, no more problems. I had to replace this part because the people using my vacuum weren't careful enough and the original broke. This is a very strong product.
