This is the second one I've ordered for my Cintiq. I think I should be glad they didn't mess up the Cintiq themselves. Eventually, the first became unstable and flickered. When I got the new one I noticed how much brighter the screen was to the end than with the old one - maybe around 80% of what it was supposed to be bright. Now, after a few years of use, while not flickering, it is very weak and needs to be replaced. I'll probably replace it with a better power supply and plug in my own plug this time.
