So. Nike has two major shoe factories, neither of which appear to be in America, and the two countries don't rely on the same unit of measurement. As a result, the shoes in the two factories differ slightly in "size". I wore a size 12 for a long time but apparently the area I live in started getting shoes from another factory about ten years ago and I started wearing a size 11.5 - I don't know from where they have these shoes but they are half size small.
