I like that you can search for your guest by room number instead of having to go through each page in order to find it. It was easy to learn and there are many different options available to customize for any customer's needs or preferences. Pricing is reasonable - but if they raised their rates it would be more competitive with other providers who may offer more features than we need. Just make sure you have a good working relationship with them because sometimes things get lost in translation from email communication (even though everyone involved speaks enough English). We use our own properties so this works well for us since my team members always work remotely.
