A little background. I didn't feel in my element - lacking energy to exercise, inches of fat gained, lack of sex drive, bad mood and crying over stupid things. During my annual check-up, I reported this to my GP, who ordered routine tests and a referral to an endocrinologist. After a detailed examination, the endoscopy confirmed the suspicion: a low value even for a woman! Endo offered me a female dose of testosterone to boost my levels. I told them I wanted to think about it. Well, I thought I'd find out if what I've read in various places about Eurycoma longifolia (scientific/Latin name for Longjack) is at least partially true. It took about 3 weeks to find out that the effects on sex drive, stamina and energy were correct. I noticed more drive at the gym, to the point where I had to set an alarm on my Fitbit to avoid spending 2+ hours there because I was enjoying it so much. I can tell a difference in my general mood, energy/drive after not taking it for a while. I've been taking this brand since 2018 and was lucky enough to end in the summer of 2020, which forced me to switch to another brand. . Another brand had a small amount of tribulus. Even though I knew how my body reacts to tribulus, I decided to buy it anyway. Because it was a small amount. Big mistake. Tribulus drives my hormonal state towards estrogen dominance. As soon as it was back in stock I ordered again. I usually take 1 of 2 capsules in the morning on an empty stomach before breakfast and another one during breakfast. Depending on whether I'm training on any given day, I'll take a pre-workout serving of pre-workout. I might split the dose between pre and post workout if it's an early afternoon workout. As for the people who claim it doesn't work, you should get a blood test and check your blood sugar levels, especially your blood pressure. It is difficult to achieve optimal testosterone levels and/or blood flow when blood sugar and/or blood pressure are elevated. You can always add a blood sugar supplement to help. Not everyone will respond positively to the supplement, but that doesn't mean it doesn't work. Heck, not everyone reacts the same to the drugs prescribed by a doctor, but that doesn't mean the drug should be written off completely as ineffective. I am not a doctor so do not take what I have written as medical advice. Much luck.
