Exactly as described only the color part under the sequin layer is very short For more mini skirts, the top layer will help. If that doesn't bother you I would say the size is true to size. The top and armrests are roomy enough. The sequins are a little scratchy but what do you expect they are sequins. Accessories are a great addition, but as a few people have mentioned, they are more about the costume and that's all I needed anyway.
