Go up a size or two. or else you won’t leave much to the imagination!

Definitely go a size or two up. great quality just way off on the sizing. the crotch sits weird and definitely hangs it out there for all to see at the gym. but the phone pocket is nice.

Order a size up from your normal size. The cellphone pocket is very convenient for running/working out.

Cons

The sizing is off and can be quite tight in certain areas
