Everything they have done so far with regards to our account management team is amazing! The ability of them being able to work across departments/divisions within my client's organization was fantastic! They are always available when I need help or if we don't reach an agreement about something it doesn't mean that there isn't going be any further contact from theirs either which makes me feel better knowing this will all get resolved at some point. What i didn’t like much were issues where their support person would not provide enough detail information as sometimes its necessary but he just stated things without answering questions asked by myself (support manager). This happens quite often because his communication skills weren;et too good unfortunately since most times what you want him / her t do can already been seen via email etc before hand anyway therefore making your job harder than usual even though she might try hard. The ability to send out emails with different templates depending upon who is receiving them so that no one feels like they are getting junk mail or spam from their coworkers! I have been able to use this program at work (at least where we can't afford more expensive programs) without having my boss know about it because of its stealth mode feature which allows me to be logged into multiple accounts simultaneously within our firewall system!!
