Okay, I'm a professional chef. Knives are the tools of the trade and honestly you are only as good as the tools you work with! Still, I was skeptical about a set this cheap, but I took the plunge and I wasn't disappointed. I had expensive knives stolen or someone dropped them during the service when I let them use my knife! Honestly this is an amazing set to use even in a professional setting. I'm not trying to sound like a commercial, but seriously, they're great. My only complaint is that for me personally they are very very light and after being laid on a wet stone they are very sharp and need to be treated with knife oil or there will be small spots of rust.
