Cute shoes - TERRIBLE quality

I bought these shoes for my granddaughter. They were cute and I liked the fact that they attached with buckles instead of velcro. In the first week she wore them, the skin of both sock boxes peeled off. I mean, not a minor bruise, no skin at all on the toes, on BOTH feet. I returned them and bought the same ones but a different brand. They didn't have a buckle, which I like, but she's been wearing them for 2 months now and not a single fray. Quality matters!
