Since I've started using this heatsink cooler, my Northbridge Chipset temperature has decreased significantly, even under heavy load. I appreciate the extra peace of mind knowing that my chipset is being cooled effectively. The only reason I didn't give this product a full 5-star rating is that the fan mount is not adjustable. If your chipset is not located directly below the fan, you may need to improvise a bit. However, this hasn't been an issue for me personally.
