After adding water and soap, I put the pumps on the bases and gently tilted them from left to right to mix the soap and water. Two of the units were fine but, two of the units leaked from where you screw them together. I tried sending an email to the seller, but, never got a return email from them. Don't know if this is an revain problem or the seller. All I wanted to do is exchange the defective units with two new units. I am even willing to pay for the shipping. If I don't get a response from either the seller or revain I will no longer be doing business with the seller or revain. This such an easy fix revain should be able to take care of this with a phone call or two.I like the items purchased. I decided to keep them anyhow. I will try using plumbers tape on the threads to stop the leaking.
