Read reviews, thought long before buying, tried other things first. That didn't work for me. I have a 51cm road bike, a small saddlebag and rim brakes. It doesn't fit this scenario. I had to remove the saddlebag and try to attach it to the top of the seatpost. Even right on the tracks, I couldn't get my tire at the right angle so it wouldn't hit the brakes. I come back very sad because it has a nice race bike shape and looks like it should work. I'd love to flip it, but the way the joint is arranged doesn't allow it. If you ride a big or x-big frame, or hold your saddle very high, you might be fine as well, as long as you don't carry tools or a spare tube in your saddlebag.
