I LOVE these pins! I threw them into my current project, a mohair lace shawl, and did a few rows. The tips are sharp enough for lacing (whoa!) and the cable doesn't kink, phew! I usually buy cheap, we are all on a budget. But my last pair of cable needles, #5, clear plastic - great for seeing thread through the needle on certain stitches, kept breaking, breaking mid-row. I went through 2 needles like that. The next set I bought was #5 but when they arrived there was no size 5 😔. I was frustrated so I decided to hell with it, I'll get a good quality cable 5. I'm so glad I did. They are so smooth and light and I am very happy with this purchase.
