Ease of use - no complex tools or software required! I love that it has been integrated directly within our Salesforce org so we don't have any extra workflows/tools needed outside this platform which makes life easier when onboarding new hires (and keeping them!). The support team are very responsive if there ever was something not working correctly but they always get back straight away even at 3am UK time!! Nothing really as others may already mentioned though would be nice having more integrations such like LinkedIn etc where applicants could upload their CV via enroll themselves rather than us uploading manually through SFDC each month / week :) We've had many different recruiters come onto my role over various months who all struggled using other ATS systems out side sales force due too complexity involved plus finding suitable candidate profiles matching what employers were looking fo rwas.
