- dirty, which is a characteristic of this kind of situation
- SCREEN - ! Consequently, two stars, messes up everything!
I'm not sure if this is a property of a matrix or a marriage, but there are multiple reasons why I can't send it back: * firstly, I'm in Armenia right now, and this is the only laptop I earn money on. In order to send it, you need to understand the likelihood of a return, exchange, or any specifics. I can't just hit send, hope for the best, and risk losing all of my earnings; * Second, the customer service team has informed me that there is no longer any way to go back due of the deadlines. I am unable to get in touch with the seller; nonetheless, I will leave this review in the hopes that he will read it and respond. Thirdly, even if I were able to get in touch with the seller, I would only be able to convey the problem in words because the video does not clearly show the issue, despite my best efforts to film it using the phone. To reiterate, it is absolutely required to submit in for diagnostics; but, I am currently unable to do so because I am working.
Therefore, what exactly is the issue with the screen:
1. After displaying a dark color on the screen (for instance, telegrams in night mode), the screen stays dull for an extended period of time, several seconds, as if the backlight has been turned down, even though it is fully illuminated; it then gradually becomes brighter.
2. When moving from the same dark background to a light one, colors that were previously green become a deadly light green, and colors that were previously blue become a poisonous turquoise. This causes the eyes to feel like they want to "leak out of their sockets."
This lasts for three to five seconds, and then, in conjunction with the illumination, it gradually recovers, and you can see very clearly how the colors change as they move slowly.
My job requires me to frequently transition between dark and light windows. Because of this, my work is frequently interrupted, and I have to stare at my screen for a considerable amount of time until the image returns to its regular state.
3. the colors have been warped. I have a video in which I contrast the hues of the same film when seen on two different laptops; this is where I was ultimately able to spot the flaw. On acer, the color is red, whereas on HUAWEI it is more of a maroon or even brown. There is no contrast at all between the two, and the hue is muted and washed out. (in the picture, Acer is on the left, and Huawei is on the right; however, because there is a webinar going on, the photographs are somewhat off from one another)
