My teenage son loves ringer shirts and wears medium in teen sizing stores but I wasn't sure so I bought him a size small at first and it was too tight. Small, probably suitable for 12-14 year olds. The medium ones fit him perfectly (he weighs about 140 pounds). i love fabric
