
September 9, 2022 was courier delivery. They brought two cartridges. One of the cartridges turned out to be inoperative (the printer turns, at the end it gives an error). I immediately called the number indicated on the check, asking me to replace it with a worker, to which I was rudely told that I needed to enter the service center, this is the other end of Hong Kong and I can’t go to the other end of the city, as an alternative, I offered to pay more for delivery times, but I was denied. I also wrote to Sail, asking to resolve the issue but did not receive an answer. Today is September 16th and I still haven't received a response from them. The service of the company "NIKS" is terrible. Order 590927/251 dated 09/09/2022 I think that they brought me a non-working product, and I should replace it, As a normal company does it !
