You cannot get your money back. It's a cheaply arranged mess.
Received items for my grandson's 1st birthday photos. The bow tie was so tuned. See pictures above. Then the long tie was too long. The suspenders weren't tight enough. And my grandson wears clothes for 18-24 months. So, according to online measurements and photos, it had to fit perfectly. His were terrible. And it's tedious trying to get it back.
