At first, like others, I only received the torpedo part of an order from Daytona Toyota. I sent it back for a refund and ordered another one. If you read many reviews online about this controller, you will see many negative reviews. That's not my experience, it works great and its integration into the dash is much better than something that bolts on the outside. Additionally, the controller is integrated into the dashboard screen, so you can see its workings and settings on the speedometer and tachometer screens (only turns on when a trailer is connected). I have used with trailers of all sizes and weights with no problems
