I have several brands of silicone ziplock bags and they are pretty standard (good) as they are not too thick and inflexible and also seal well. However, unlike some other bags, they cannot be used for sous vide as the instructions on the bags state that they cannot be used above 122F/50C. Unfortunately, that information isn't in the Revain description, except that I now realize, looking back, that maybe I could have guessed it indirectly, because the Revain page says to wash with cold or room temperature water - even my hot one Tap water for wash temperatures is above 122F, so it's possible that accidental washing in hot water will ruin them over time. In addition, the word (?) "LEIRS" is printed very prominently on it. It is my fault for not noticing this in the photos of the product, although it appears to be photoshopped in the photos because it is in different positions in different photos. It's actually at the bottom left. It's okay, but it's not very attractive.
