Haven't worn it in the cold yet but I'll try it on indoors, it's pretty hot! I have a small head so I took a chance ordering a hat for a girl. Just fits perfectly! I would recommend this to any woman with a small head looking for a ponytail beanie for running. It covered my ears, more comfortably than other hats as it allowed me to stretch my ponytail, albeit low. Fits snugly on my head with little room on top.
