I charged it for about 5 hours. Freeze containers of water overnight at 80% capacity according to directions. I took it to work. Put it on a table with frozen containers and pour water over it. The water didn't come out at all. The fan cooled the air for about 25 minutes. Then the light started to flicker and went out by itself. I tried turning it back on after a few minutes but it just kept turning off. The ice buckets only stayed cold for about an hour. I work in a room with no air conditioning and it's 100° outside this week so I wasn't expecting it to take long to cool down but I was really hoping the fan would last at least 8-10 hours like it did called. i will return it
