To the manufacturers of this water filter. So far it's been amazing. I've been to several foreign cities, but also several local ones (including Los Angeles, where I've always found the water to taste a bit fishy) where the water is safe but tastes bad. So far it has worked quite well. The water at work comes from God knows how many summer pipes, and it certainly shows. No soaking required and you don't need the power of a Hoover vacuum to pick up water like some other filters do. the taste of the water makes it difficult for me to find it acceptable. This serves several of my purposes. Be more conscious of avoiding plastic products when traveling and use more water. Also, a HUGE bonus for me is that your business is right in my backyard. I really try to support local businesses as much as possible. Thanks for that. The only negative I found is that the filter leaves a small sip of water at the bottom because it doesn't reach. I assume it's because the water needs room to get through the filter, but that's annoying. Really a little thing. Otherwise great idea and great product. How long will this filter last (gallons etc) and is there a recommended method of cleaning it?
