This little device is smart, simple and works great. XLR connections but with the usual care this was very easy to do. (The screw requires a Phillips screwdriver, and needle-nosed pliers are very useful for gently inserting and removing the plug into the adapter.) A pleasant surprise was that there were TWO adapters in the box. $20 for a single adapter was expensive, but the flexibility made it worth the investment. However, $20 for two was a good deal - nothing to complain about. Highly recommended!
