The ability for users to comment on each other's thoughts as they are being written makes this an incredibly efficient way of getting feedback from your team members. This feature allows them to see how their teammates feel about what they've just shared without having to ask directly. I wish there were more ways to collaborate in real time outside of private messages or emails. It would be great if we could send out polls for our teams to vote on something that was happening at work instead of using email chains. We're solving problems by allowing our employees and clients to interact easily via chat rooms. They can post comments within seconds rather than waiting days for an answer through email.
