I used to love brown. This is a first time electric shaver I have used and have been using for over 10 years but I am seriously considering switching to a new brand because of the foil heads. They used to last me the recommended 18 months before I had to change them. So the foil head of the new razor broke within 3 months. As with other reviews, the foil head started peeling off in one spot (it was sharp and scratched my face) before the blade started ripping off more parts of the head and became unusable. I replaced the foil head and a week later I had the same problem! It's no good when foil heads are $25-$30 and should last 18 months. I thought my problem was isolated until I read the reviews and saw that many people were having the same problem. They had to switch suppliers or otherwise sacrifice quality to increase profits. Not cool, Brown. Not cool.
